I have also noticed when looking at the payroll for the next week that not all of the missing paychecks were transferred, so I cannot just perform an unscheduled payroll, since it no longer reads that there was time entered on the employee's time sheets. The Items to Send vary when this happens, so its not at one particular name that it glitches. I have attached the steps showing what it is doing. The issue is that every time I perform a scheduled payroll, it transfers approximately half of the time to the future week for processing (marks that week as pending) and the remainder would be processed for the current week. Also, one thing to be noted is that every time I am told to rebuild the file, there are a lot of issues with the file itself. I have called support for this issue every time that it has done this, and I am told that they have never seen this issue before, even though I had previously called in regarding it.
I cannot keep rebuilding the file and hoping it fixes the payroll issue (which is all that support has suggested). I was wondering if anyone has had this issue since updating to the 2023 version, because I am at a loss of what to do.
