Don't over-think those things, since Backblaze will try and try and try again forever, eventually it will back those files up. Now, one or two "ERROR" may not be fatal, for example let's say Backblaze cannot open just one file to read it to back it up, but it makes sense because that file is currently locked by an application. The other thing to do is search for the word "ERROR" all in capitals in that log file.

About half of that log can be read by ANYBODY, the other half you would need a copy of the source code to understand what it is telling you. Read the last 20 lines, see if it says something that makes sense. Ok, so if your backup stops running while you are watching it, right after it stops open bztransmit25.log and go to the very very end. Make the window as wide as you possibly can, and turn off all line wrapping to make the log format nicely. Make sense? You can open that file in TextEdit on the Macintosh, and WordPad (not Notepad) on Windows. There is one file for each day of the month, "bztransmit20.log" is for April 20th, 2021 (today). Inside of that folder are files with names like "bztransmit19.log" and "bztransmit20.log".
On Macintosh: /Library/Backblaze.bzpkg/bzdata/bzlogs/bztransmit/ On Windows: C:\ProgramData\Backblaze\bzdata\bzlogs\bztransmit\ There are log files on your laptop which will tell you EXACTLY what is going wrong. One of the incredibly nice things this allows you to do is turn off all power savings modes on your computer so it doesn't sleep, and then you can leave it running all night long while you sleep trying to backup over and over and over and over again, and you don't have to be awake clicking that button. Now, clearly there is some issue we should get to the bottom of, I'm just saying clicking that button isn't going to change anything. At very most you clicking "Backup Now" is doing what would have occurred in 15 minutes automatically anyway, which is Backblaze will try again. Backblaze will always start back up and try again, until the heat death of the universe. Just so you know, you never have to click "Backup Now" if you are in Continuously mode.
The backup keeps pausing every few hours, so that I need to click "Backup Now." Disclaimer: I work at Backblaze and wrote a lot of the client running on your computer.
